82 - Christ receives all sinful men

Sinners, Jesus will receive: sound this word of grace to all

Who the heav'nly pathway leave, all who linger, all who fall.

Refrain: 

Christ died in love, for all sinful men.

God’s word is clear, His grace He extends:

All who believe will not be condemned;

Christ receives all sinful men.

Christ receives all sinful men, even me, with all my sin;

In His blood, my soul is cleansed; life anew can now begin.

3.

He who cleansed me from all spot, satisfied the law’s demand.

Now my heart condemns me not; pure, before my Lord, I stand.
