92 - I am abiding in Jesus Christ!

1:

Through the desert of this world with Jesus I am walking;

Though temptations come my way, I’ll never turn aside.

Doubt and fear and earthly things in vain to me are calling;

None of these shall move me from Jesus’ side.

2:

When the storms of life arise, their noise cannot alarm me;

I am safely sheltered here, protected by God’s might.

Dwelling in the Spirit, there is nothing that can harm me;

I am resting safely in Jesus Christ!

3:

Awesome works of Jesus I admire in contemplation;

Waters part and safely I can reach the other side!

Trusting in my Master, I rejoice in His salvation;

I shall live forever with Jesus Christ!

Final ending:

I’m marching with my Savior, to the promised land on high;

I’m drinking at the fountain that never shall run dry;

Oh, yes! I’m eating of the manna from a bountiful supply,

For I’m abiding in Jesus Christ!
