209 - We are soldiers of the King!

Let us keep God’s banner always on display; we are soldiers of the King!

Filled with hope and faith, we lift it up today, while as ransomed ones we sing!

Refrain:

Marching on, faithfully, Christ leads us on to victory!

We look to Him; we march and sing, to the glory of our King.

2:

Christ our Lord has given us a banner bright; we are marching in His name!

When embattled, we will stand in Jesus’ might, and fear not, nor feel ashamed!

3:

Over all the world, wherever people dwell, make the glorious tidings known;

Jesus' Gospel is the message we will tell, and the Lord shall call His own!
